Some properties just get away from you. Trees and brush take over, old structures fall apart, and before long what used to be usable land is just a tangled mess. That's exactly the kind of situation we handle - and honestly, it's one of our favorite types of jobs to take on.
This one had it all. Dense overgrown tree lines, an old outbuilding that had seen better days, and ground that hadn't been touched in years. We brought in the excavator and worked through it section by section - pulling trees, knocking down the old structure, and clearing things out so the property could actually be used again. That John Deere tracked excavator is the right tool for jobs like this. It can grab, pull, and pile material fast without tearing up the surrounding ground any more than necessary.
The demolition side of it was straightforward but satisfying. That old outbuilding - green paint, rotted lumber, the whole thing - came down clean. What was left got sorted and consolidated so cleanup was efficient. Once the structure was gone and the brush was piled, the ground opened up in a way the owner probably hadn't seen in a long time.
What you end up with is usable space. Flat, cleared ground where there used to be chaos. The aerial shots really tell the story of how much material was on this property before we started - dense canopy edge to edge, structures tucked in the trees, no real access. After land clearing, property cleanup, and structural removal, it looks like a completely different place.
Jobs like this are never just one service. It takes land clearing, brush and property cleanup, demolition work, and sometimes general excavation all rolled into one scope. That's what we do - handle the whole thing so you don't have to coordinate five different contractors.
