Hefty Seed needed their site prepped for a new office addition - and that meant getting rid of the existing concrete first. No small task. We came in and broke out the old slab, staged the demo material, and coordinated with M4 Contracting to haul it all off clean.

Once the concrete was cleared, we shifted to the gravel work. The existing rock needed to come out so we could start fresh with a new gravel pad. We used our Bobcat to pull and redistribute material, then brought the whole area to grade. Getting a pad like this dialed in flat and tight matters - it's the foundation everything else gets built on top of.

That's really where precision grading earns its keep on a job like this. It's not just about moving dirt and gravel around. It's about making sure the site drains right, sits level, and gives the next crew a solid surface to work from. We take that seriously.

Working alongside M4 Contracting made the concrete disposal side of things smooth and efficient. Good subcontractor relationships keep a job moving - no waiting around, no bottlenecks. The whole thing came together exactly how it was supposed to.
